it was over from today...

lets rid this tiresome duet

was it a dream?
better.
we have done enough yes?
quite so.
shall we.
so we shall.
its gonna hurt.
there will be tears.
arent u afraid.
petrified.
we understand no?
we comprehend yes.
wat if it was love?
it was love.
not the kind u learn about in books thou.
yes unique.
unforgetable.
intangible.
there will be no regrets.
none at all.
could we have done it better thou?
we did the best.
will i see u?
will u see me?
certainly.
surely.
weird?
awkward?
no.
i didnt think so.
we had quite the ride.
it has been beautiful.
even the roughs.
yes even the roughs.
its time to go now.
i know.
so this is it then.
it is only the begining.
i'll always love u.
and i always shall too.

and so the dancing stopped.
lys: breathless...

how rude...

so its like every morning i'm stuck in these jams. two lanes becoming four. everyone squeezing the b'jesus out of each other. them slick bastards forcing themselves in between cars. stick to ur lanes and wait for ur turns for fucks sake. i really dun care that ur a truck, bus or beemer. traffic would move a lot faster if everyone jus took their turns behind the lines and... fuckin WAIT!

stop rushing and bloody take time to wait... the pressure, the anxiety... really, why bother?
leave the house early, if u have a problem being late.
get fucked with flashing. get fucked with the honking.
get fucked with cutting lanes without signals.
get fucked for the tailing. that is sooo unclassy u tense muthafuckers.
if ur gonna have to speed something chronic - stick on ur lane.
fuck with the zig zags.
live it slow during jams or heavy traffic. do urself a fucken a favour.
if u drive a kancil, u really shouldnt leave the hse at all.
if u scooter.. farrrk... 'i hope it starts raining'... ha ha ha.. suckers...

SLAP!!!

what are u saying lys???.. see see.. u see wat a tense byatch uve made out of me!!??!
give room to courtesy. make way for patience. love thy neighbour. stop making the road a wretched place to be... love lys!

colourful awakening

time: 12am

venue: road between the Curve and Ikano

i've always thought fireworks were entertaining... but last night, they were mesmerizing.

"3,2,1...HAPPY MERDEKA!!!'

i stood one of thousands under the lights that illuminated the sky with colours and patterns of sorts. my favourite - the gold that burst into shooting stars. while the lights danced away in the sky i turn to notice the smiles and delights that illuminated the faces of all whom were around me. its funny how bursting flashes of lights could conjure so much happiness. for those 7 minutes, everyone was caught within a space of fantasy... a cocktail of fulfillment, awe and glee. it was mesmerizing.

the fireworks had ceased... the crowd dispersed at quick pace to their parking lots. typical. i smiled. i did no different. grin, to the parking lot and quick! as anticipated, the parking lot was mayhem... i'll skip the whole elaboration on kiasu drivers and the lack of courtesy that our country is yet to learn... (totally dun see this happening) then again, as i was not driving.. smirk. (but we were lucky and unknowingly parked near the exit) i sat complacently reminiscing the briliant show of light. to me, it was more than pretty lights... it was a masterpiece of joy
